FAMOUS FOR:
Stale Sandbech competed at the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics finishing 30th in the halfpipe and famously was the youngest ever Norwegian to compete at an Olympics. He was second overall in the 2012-13 World Snowboard Tour in both big air and in halfpipe behind rival Scandilander Peetu Piiroinen. He was the first rider ever to do a Triple Underflip 1260. He loves the odd handstand or two to claim his rides and films with the RK1 crew consisting of buddies Alek Oestreng and Len Jorgensen.
