Throw a rock (or a wombat) in Finland and you’ll probably hit a ridiculously talented snowboarder. We don’t know quite what it is about the Finns but they just seem to have a knack for being really darn good at riding, think Eero Ettala, Roope Tonteri, Peetu Piiroinen, Janni Korpi, Lauri Heiskari, Ikka Backstrom, Antti Autti, not to mention the riders in countless other crews around the country who are better at snowboarding than we are at being cynical bastards. And all in a country where there are more lakes and rivers than actual mountains.

Here’s a new full length from one such crew called Wombat Mob. We’ve no idea what a wombat mob is but we kind of envision it being something along the lines of this. Anyway this is worth a watch if you don’t mind watching riders who are pretty handy in the parks and streets, but that you’ve never heard of (and are unable to pronounce the names of). This one features the riding of Saku Tiilikainen, Miika Lappalainen, Juuso Turkka, Tommi Rokolampi, Antti Komulainen, Henri Laakkonen, Niko Liias, Enni Rukajärvi, Valtteri Paunonen and Markus Haka.
