It’s not snowboarding and it’s not skateboarding but at least it’s not snowblading… We’ve been seeing more and more snowskate edits trickle through our proverbial colanders of late, more often than not because they’re actually pretty good. Anyone that’s tried street skating will be able to appreciate the amount of difficulty in kickflipping a stairset or sliding a handrail when you don’t have straps holding you to your board. Are these things on the brink of getting really popular or are they yet another fad that will come and go faster than you can utter the words ‘failed snowboarder’ – or as it perhaps more realistically is: ‘seasonally frustrated skateboarder’?
