Anyone who’s picked up a copy of Whitelines 97 will no doubt have noticed Bob Gnarley – you can’t miss him. He’s the brash, loud-mouthed, boastful but somehow loveable snowboarder who’s always been there, done that and taken a more hardcore line down it than you ever could. He’s the seasonnaire who skips the lift queues; the dude who thinks he owns the snowpark; the man who sneers at pros because they’re not ‘core’ enough.
