Anyway, enough of this fond reminiscing, it’s time to share a new one with you, and here it is. To celebrate the start of our Can You Cut It? For most shredders, Absinthe Films will need little introduction – they’re the Swiss-based film outfit who shook up snowboard film-making at the highest level in the late 90s and early 00s. With the scene at the time dominated by the big American players like Mack Dawg and Standard Films, Absinthe’s movies came as a breath of fresh air, and they’ve been redifining snowboard film-making ever since. This year’s movie, Now/Here is yet another impressive addition to their already legendary catalogue – and of course, we’ve teamed up with them to give you the chance to re-edit it. Anyway, enough shameless self-promotion, Absinthe’s website hosts behind the scenes videos, news and all the latest on what their various film crews are up to, as well as acting as a shop.
