This chap seems a bit clueless. His one piece looks like it’s seen better days and so does he if I’m brutally honest.
The mixture of the outfit, the matching hat (which may not have been matching until he threw rust at it) and the luminous yellow poles. It’s just an attack on eyesite in general. One thing I noticed and thoroughly enjoyed is that no-one is anywhere near him. Even the person who took the photo is behind some sort of fence. The nearest person is at a doorway ready for a quick escape!
