With all this talk of 007, it’s high time we revisited this classic James Bond spoof from Creatures Of Habit 3.

Filmed before even Pierce Brosnan had been measured up for his first tuxedo, COH3 was one of the seminal snowboard films of the 90s; thumping soundtrack, surreal cutaways, and lots of amazing riding from the likes of Damian Sanders, Terje Haakonsen, Mike Basich and more. Plus the then-emerging trend of riding with the baggiest pants and the widest stance gets well and truly ripped. You can watch the whole thing here.

To close out the film, Don Szabo give it some License-To-Kill as “Q” talks him through his latest gadget-packed stick – as well as the ‘proctological decimator’ among other things. Before long he’s out on the slopes, taking out ninja skiers for Queen and country.

Part loving pisstake, part pre-digital-era Every Third Thursday, all awesome. And definitely better than Quantum Of Solace.

It’s hard to believe that this was the film’s ender – surely we’re not alone in thinking we need more of this kind of thing in the 21st century?
