http://mpora.com/videos/ic3mPSusj Flying Dutchwoman Cheryl Maas boards a plane to Finland in the latest episode of Open Air to branch out into urban shredding, something she’s not known for. With some help from Eero Ettala, she takes it to the Helsinki streets and makes short work of some ledges and roof drops.
Before long, though, she’s called back to her favoured discipline after an invite to the Arctic Challenge slopestyle event (from Terje himself, no less). Despite putting in a solid performance on the big booters, she just missed out on a podium spot. Turns out she was pipped to 3rd place by some upstart called Jenny Jones….
As Chezza says, filming took priority over contests last season, so expect a few more episodes of Open Air to come along soon.
