Every Third Thursday – A Snowboard Made From Discarded Christmas Trees

Watch the Signal Snowboards crew make snowboards out of your festive trash!

Got heaps of Christmas junk leftover from the festive season? Now you don’t need to bother with a trip to the dump; apparently you can just send it all over to Signal Snowboards in California and they’ll turn it into a board for you. Or at least that’s what they’ve done with a few abandoned Christmas tree in their latest episode of Every Third Thursday.

It’s actually pretty rad, though Jeremy Jones and his company may have beaten them to the plain wood top sheet graphics a while back. And as ever, Dave Lee is so likable and super stoked about everything that’s happening he could probably get away with pressing a board out of live kittens and we’d simply smile back at the screen and let him get away with it.

What Christmas leftovers would you like to see made into a board? Wrapping paper? Turkey bones? Let us know below.
