Standard Films’ in Quebec City

As well as their weird slang, their strange French accents and their penchant for chips smothered in cheese chunks and gravy, the people of Quebec are renowned for their incredible rail riding. Montreal might be the most famous snowboarding city in the province (it did have a whole film dedicated to it’s urban scene) but the capital easily rivals it, with some of the most snow-sure streets in the world and some amazing old French colonial architecture. Last year, the Standard Films crew headed to this veritable jib factory to film Jason Dubois, Will Lavigne and Raewyn Reid tearing it up. This, which features in their latest film The Storming, is what they produced. Check it out.
