‘Defenders Of Awesome’ – Phil Jaques’ end section now online

When we chatted to Dan Brisse last summer, he raved about Quebecois shredder Phil Jacques‘ contribution to the Capita movie. For those who still haven’t seen it, here’s his full part (the ender, no less) from Defenders Of Awesome:

A section too full of bangers for one paltry song to contain, Phil’s part is nearly seven minutes of sickness. Whether it’s a backside 270 off the heels to boardslide, or a high-speed assault on a sketchy-looking angled quad kink, or even a powder booter, Jacques is of all trades. He’s also got a real knack for lines that involve coming off one feature and launching straight into another.

You’ve got to love the ‘Available from iTunes/Xbox’ screen at the end – guys, maybe you’re unaware but you’ve just put the whole movie online for free! Having said that, we’d all do well to support Capita and pay them for their efforts. That money could go towards an even better movie in 2013.
