ADIDAS SAMBA SNOWBOARD BOOTS REVIEW
Price: £175
Flex: 4
Sizes: 7-11
Lacing system: Laces
Like the Blauvelt, this is based on one of Adidas’ classic football-boot styles, even sharing the same name as its studded cousin. It also looks a lot like legendary skater Denis Busenitz’s signature Adidas skate shoe, with a grooved tongue and featuring the iconic trefoil logo.
This shares some tech with the Blauvelt, including the sole made of Continental rubber (yes, that’s the same Continental that make tyres) and the Recci emitter. Where it differs is with the flex, which is soft and forgiving, allowing you to turn easily and really tweak out your grabs hard. This boot is designed to suit park rats, jibbers, and intermediate piste-cruisers.
