Top 44 Snowboard Jackets (and Pants) of 2013/2014

Colourwear are living up to their straight-up, block colour Scandi aesthetic. Their Parka (left) is simple but rad classic cut, great for park rats looking to adopt a street-style approach. The Poise jacket (right) is ideal for women looking for a longer cut jacket with a simple design that doesn’t rock faux fur and a typically girl-orientated pattern. Pair with a set of fuschia pink pats for a killer combo.

About colourwear snowboarding

Set up by a bunch of Swedish skaters in 2010, Colourwear (or CLWR), may be new but it’s made serious waves in its first couple of seasons turning heads both in Europe and in North America, where it’s sold by the guys behind Endeavour Snowboards. Colourwear brings a distinctive Scandi streetwear aesthetic to the slopes. Colours are obviously important, but tend to be bold and blocky rather than flouro or patterned. The styling is classic and understated. The brand is currently represented by some of Sweden’s most talented young guns, Kareem el-Rafie and Niklas Mattsson, as well as Aviemore’s Angus Leith in the UK.
