Now that winter is coming to an end, chances are you might be looking to get some new clothes as you head down the hill to warmer climes. Horsefeathers have come up with a new range for just that - the Reflect Line.
The concept is simple: a tee, hoodie, boardshorts, belt and lightweight shell that look innocuous enough under the light of day, but under a direct light it’ll become the brightest thing in view. You know, like what binmen wear, but cooler.
This comes particularly in handy when, for instance, you're skating home in the evening after a late-running session - it may seem pretty obvious but being more visible to cars does come in handy. Luckily, with this line, you'll look less like a cycling proficiency tutor and more like Eiki Helgason or Mans Hedberg - these garms pack a stylish punch.

We could waffle on about the Reflect Line all day, but in reality, seeing helps the believing. Check out the short promo Horsefeathers put together to get a glimpse of how their material actually behaves - it's pretty impressive!
There's also a behind the scenes wrap up that's just as interesting, plus you can see straight away that whilst the effect might look like subtle CGI or clever colour grading, it's actually pretty bang on.
It's all very clever, and whilst at 3k waterproofing the jacket isn't exactly the techest, it's still enough to make it a decent spring or summer glacier shell. And again, it looks dope!
What do you reckon? Would you give it a try and stand out on those long summer evening skate sessions, or even on a mountain bike trail? Or are you more for staying in the shadows?
