Total Flight Is Returning To Andorra

It is that time of year again, the days are longer and the sky is bluer, this means one thing going to southern Europe for the Grandvalira Total Flight Masters of Freestyle.

This year is different, The World Snowboard Tour has awarded the event another star in it’s ranking, making it a 5 star event. What this means is the competition becomes a very important one for riders to get points locked down in preparation for next season.

Because the competition has been upgraded and so much change is happening it only seemed fit to change the prize money. This year the prize money has increased considerably with €15,000 going to the winner, €10,000 for second place and €5000 for third place. There is also a total of €38,000 being shared between the first 15 winners.

This is the 9th Total Fight event and it will once again take place in the El Tarter snowpark with some of the world’s best riders throwing down.

As with any competition it would not be complete without a party. This year there is some impressive Entertainment in the shape of the Electrosnow festival, which this year promises to wow the crowds with the presence of Miss Kittin & The Hacker and the well-known Detroit DJ Carl Craig.
