Come for the snowboarding – stay for the journey…

Three Friends, Weeks, Boards – 3FWB – is the annual roadtrip of Benno Postert, Maximilian Meisberger and Matthias Reif, as they journey in search of the perfect combo – snow, surf and skate.

Mesmirisingly shot – this year’s edition captures in film what many seek to find, a spot that offers the best of both worlds – in this case located in Corsica and Sardinia; and although you might not be blown away by an endless stream of bangers here – it encompasses the united road trip vibe of the project exceptionally, battered camper-van an’ all.

Unfortunately you’ll have to wait until next winter if you want to replicate this yourself – with average season dates running from December to April on the small island resorts (it’s best around March apparently). But if you’re not feeling inspired as hell to give it a shot after watching that clip, we’re clearly not singing from the same hymn-sheet…
