Signal Snowboards build a deck almost entirely out of wood in this week’s episode of Every Third Thursday. An all wooden core, tip, tail, sidewalls, base, and even top sheet make up ‘The Sled’, a throwback to the days when everything wasn’t made of plastic.

We featured episode one of Every Third Thursday last month and have been hooked ever since. It’s great to see the lads getting creative in the factory and testing out new designs just for the hell of it. The team go to Woodward at Copper to rip on the vintage boards, but it wasn’t long before they start breaking on the rails. Maybe next time!
