Freeride legend Mike Basich likes to do his own thing. Whether that be building his own house out in the Tahoe backcountry, dropping 120 feet out of a helicopter, or simply enjoying life ‘Off The Grid’, Mike isn’t afraid to try something a little different to the norm. Here is his full part from Flow’s full length from this season, ‘Was Here’ and as you’d expect from Mike, it’s a little bit unconventional to say the least. The tune is kind of spacey, the shots are abstract and there isn’t actually all that much riding in it. Is that what Mike/Flow were going for on this one or was it simply the case of there being a lack of footage? We’ll let you be the judge of that so give it watch and see what you reckon.
