Yawgoons 14: More Mindblowing Snowboarding from Rhode Island

New Yawgoons edit drops, internet collectively creams itself. Check out some more ridiculously innovative snowboarding from Yawgoo valley in Yawgoons 14. These guys are wizards.

Every once in a while in snowboarding, a group of people emerge from an otherwise fairly level playing field to smash all previous expectations out of the park. The Yawgoons are an example of such a crew.

If anything, the limitations of the terrain at Yawgoo Valley have been the Yawgoons’ greatest asset, forcing the creativity and innovation that has really differentiated themselves from their peers over the past few seasons.

Every once in a while in snowboarding, a group of people emerge from an otherwise fairly level playing field to smash all previous expectations out of the park.

Yawgoons 14 continues the trend of DIY setups straight out of the brain of a mad scientist (Dr. B?), technical, calculated riding from Dylan Gamache and co. and that Yawgoons vibe that we’ve all grown to know and love.

There are literally too many highlights here to mention, but a few include Dylan’s frontside 360 at 00.15, the multi-culvert setup at 3.02 and the double rainbow rail line that follows shortly after.

As always, there are some pretty next-level carve tricks from Mr. Gamache, including a grabbed toeside carve to grabbed switch toeside carve. The shot of him emerging from his own spray, in a perfect grabbed switch carve is nothing short of legendary.

Anyway, stop reading our rabble and press play, this is the best edit you’ll watch all week.

Featured riders: Dylan Gamache, Marcus Rand, Brian Skorupski, Jordan Small, Alex Andrews, Mike Rav, and Seth Huot.
