Think Thank – Arctic Air Mass

So Wikipedia defines the Arctic Air Mass as: ‘Continental Polar air masses (cP) are air masses that are cold and dry due to their continental source region. Continental polar air masses that affect North America form over interior Canada’. If anything, the latest edit from Think Thank is anything but cold and dry. If there’s an air mass that describes hot sauce laps that leave a glistening trail of leaky style in its wake, we think that would be more appropriate.

This author isn’t the biggest fan of the ‘super close to the feature then lean out, back in and then add ramped slowmo‘ style of filming that’s going on in a few edits at the moment.

Quite frankly, if this author wanted motion sickness and shaky camera work, he’d just watch Cloverfield again.

Credit where credit is due though – the Think Thank crew pull of the tight shots without inducing a bout of stomach churning sickness that’s normally reserved for landing at Innsbruck airport in high winds.

Featuring the talent of Ryan Paul, Desiree Melancon, Ted Borland, Mitch Richmond, Fredrik Perry, Sammy Spiteri, Nial Romanek and Paul Heran; Think Thank make the most of their arctic adventures with some of the most fun park shots we’ve seen of the season.

Anyone willing to backlip 270 out a concrete ledge has Charles Bronson levels of madness as far as we’re concerned. Killing it.
