Still the best style in snowboarding?
We’re going back a little further for part number three, to the turn of the century and what for many will always be snowboarding’s ‘golden age’. The Forum 8 was the most progressive team of riders ever assembled, and even in such illustrious company Devun Walsh often stood out.
As the intro to his part in Mack Dawg classic ‘The Resistance’ explains, Dev smashed himself up pretty bad right at the start of the season with only six days of footage in the can. Fortunately for him (and for us) it was all bangers – if we had to pick a highlight, we’ll go for that switch backside 180 at the 1:14 mark. Still the best style in snowboarding?
