Known for being a brits abroad tanning ground, Cyprus has never been top of the hit list for a snow trip. But as unexpected as it may be for a Mediterranean island, Cyprus is actually home to Mount Olympus, which rises up to 1,952 meters and receives a covering of snow three months of the year. As it’s limited to just four slopes, you probably wouldn’t want to mission out there for the riding alone, but if you like the sound of a ride in the morning followed by an afternoon dip in the med then Troodos ticks all the boxes.
