They say: One of the most fun twins on the market.
We say: A soft-flexing board from Nitro that holds an edge and pops nicely thanks to its flatbase construction. Not stiff enough to break the sound barrier on, but its special ‘Rail Killer’ edges, make it great in the park.
Tester says: Great edge super hold and stable on landings.

About Nitro

  • Building boards since: 1990
  • HQ: Seattle, WA, USA
  • History lesson: Nitro was kick-started in Seattle in 1990, emerging kicking and screaming slap bang in the middle of the Grunge explosion that would make the city famous. While Kurt Cobain and co screamed their disapproval with the status quo up on stage, Nitro channeled the same spirit onto their boards. To this day the brand is known for its dark graphics – often featuring skulls – and its love of Iron Maiden’s favourite font.
  • Ridden by: Scandinavian black metal bands on their days off, skate-punks who throw the horns any time they think something’s even remotely cool, and long-haired dudes who wear chains.
