Freeze Festival confirms return to London

The UK’s biggest snow and music event has just confirmed it is returning for a third year. Freeze 2010 will take place at London’s Battersea Powerstation between 29th and 31st October. Discounted earlybird tickets are available to book from 23rd April (you have to sign up to the newsletter at www.thefreezefestival.com first to receive a special link – offer closes 29th April).

The last two years have seen a 32m high jump constructed against the iconic backdrop of the powerstation and several of the world’s best contest riders compete in an official FIS big air. The 2010 looks set to continue the tradition and the organisers are promising some big name music acts to keep things rocking throughout the weekend. They have also confirmed that there will be another Battle of Britain contest in which the cream of the UK’s snowboarders will throw down.
